Wed March 20th
♦ 5pm – casual reception at Hilton Garden Inn San Marcos. Goto https://bit.ly/ST24Hotel to book your room.
Thurs March 21st
♦ 8:30am – Driver’s meeting
♦ 9am – Depart for one of two options:
➢ K1 Karting – Sponsored by Auto Ricambi
➢ Shopping and Lunch at The Domain
♦ 5pm – Dinner on your own
Fri March 22nd
♦ 8:30am – Driver’s meeting
♦ 9am – Depart for one of two options:
➢ TSD Rally – Participants must navigate a predefined route at specific average speeds. The goal is to arrive at checkpoints and the finish line at the correct time, neither too early nor too late. Route instructions will be provided at the driver’s meeting.
➢ Scenic Drive – A casual drive through the Texas hill country to our lunch destination. A google map link will be provided at the driver’s meeting.
♦ 1pm – arrive at Madness Autoworks for a lunch party. Food and drinks provided by Madness.
♦ 7pm – Drive In Movie; exact time to be updated once theater publishes schedule
Sat March 23rd
♦ 8:30am – Driver’s meeting
♦ 9am – Scenic Drive
♦ 12pm – arrive at Hays City Store for lunch
♦ 5pm – Farewell Dinner at Grins Restaurant
Sun March 24th
♦ Go home!
